Navigating Grief Together Through Artful Expression with Tricia Tayler

For ADULTS ONLY: These classes offer a gentle small-group space for anyone carrying grief- whether from the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a life chapter, or any change that has left a tender place in your heart. Together, we'll move through guided art-making that helps you express what's difficult to put into words, connect with others who understand, and find moments of healing through the creative process. Sessions are facilitated by an experienced artist with a counseling background, and all participants can expect emotional safety, clear boundaries, and a respectful environment throughout the course.
