About the event
WPAG members are invited to compete for the honor of their painting of the new Main Street arch – Historic Downtown New Port Richey – being presented to city official at the Centennial Masquerade Ball on Oct. 25.
Guidelines:
Artwork must represent the Main Street arch.
Artists may work from their own reference image of the arch or use one of four images provided by the city.
The contest is open to the following 2-dimensional mediums: oil, acrylic, pastel, watercolor, color pencil, collage. Photography and digital art are not eligible for this contest.
Completed artwork must be delivered to the WPAG on Thurs., Sept. 5 between 10am-Noon or Friday, Sept. 6 between 3pm-4pm.
