The City of New Port Richey is celebrating its 100th year this fall and the West Pasco Art Guild in partnership with the Friends of the New Port Richey Library, West Pasco Historical Society and Museum, and the Richey Suncoast Theater will host a Masquerade Ball and Follies on Friday, Oct. 25th at the Spartan Manor. Each of these masks were hand crafted by artists from the West Pasco Art Guild.
